So many old things show up that want to go. Sometimes it feels as if they were saying: I am here to stay. I am you. And you will always be this (old story).

I choose they show up so strongly because they know they have to go.

I choose to relax and let them pass through.

I decided to let them all go. The hurts and the story of never having the life I want. Of never feeling included and truly deeply happy. Because this is exactly how I am about to be living: in my chosen and deeply happy life.
