SELF-LOVE yeah!⏤but how to?
Workshop series

at the H&M beyond. space in Berlin
online-dates t.b.a.
Self-love⏤everybody is talking about it nowadays and slogans like “Love yourself first“ are everywhere.
But what does it actually mean⏤to love oneself? How can I learn to do so?
We are approaching the big word Self-Love from three different angles in three different workshops.
With the kind support of H&M, we are happy to offer them for free.

The Workshops:
UNCONDITIONAL
July 16th 2021, 5 pm
Without Conditions.
To accept oneself without conditions
⏤ (how) does this work?
We take the first step before the second and get clearer about: who is the person that I am today?
This workshop is for…
those who want to get to know themselves better. We dive into beliefs (both great and false), mirror work and boundaries.
We practice in groups of two, so you should feel comfortable sharing something about yourself with a stranger.
The workshop is a safe space and won’t be recorded.
max. participants: 30
duration: 120 minutes
Friday, 16th July 2021 at 5 p.m.
OPEN 24/7
July 23rd 2021, 5 pm
Open Hearts.
- Heart, open up!
- …
- Heart?!?
To open our hearts with the power of the mind is not really possible. Therefore, we use our bodies in this workshop.
This workshop is for…
those who long to give their minds a well-deserved pause and want to learn how our bodies can help us to open up - towards our own being and others.
The workshop is lead by Sandra Gärtner. Working with Sandra has helped Mirjam to open up, to realise when she closes down - and to open up again.
Read more about Sandra’s work on her Website.
The workshop is a safe space and won’t be recorded.
max. participants: 14
duration: 90 minutes (30 minutes intro and 60 minutes bodywork)
Friday, 23rd July 2021 at 5 p.m.
LEAN ON ME
July 30th 2021, 5 pm
Community.
Finding the right community
⏤or: seeing myself with your eyes
Quite often, others have a more loving and supportive view on us than we do. How to find these people and how to adopt their view on ourselves is what we learn in this workshop.
This workshop is for…
those who want to intentionally create a surrounding that supports (and celebrates) positive change.
max. participants: 30
duration: 120 minutes
Friday, 30th July 2021 at 5 p.m.
